Services Provided
AECOM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED provides structured one-on-one STEM tuition in mathematics and science. All services are delivered through scheduled online sessions based on a fixed monthly subscription plan.
Scheduling
Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or directly with your assigned tutor.
We aim to provide flexible scheduling, subject to tutor availability.
Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled times.
Billing & Payment
The first session may be booked and paid as a standalone trial.
If the client wishes to continue, an ongoing tutoring arrangement will be agreed.
At that point, the client will set up a recurring Direct Debit mandate.
Payments are collected automatically on a fixed monthly basis via Direct Debit according to the selected subscription plan.
Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Refunds are processed only in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or where AECOM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED cannot deliver a scheduled session.

Student Responsibilities
Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and come prepared with required materials.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to support each student, we cannot guarantee specific grades, test results, or outcomes.
Our liability is limited to the value of the session(s) purchased.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the tutoring arrangement with one month’s written notice.
Outstanding subscription payments must be settled before termination is finalized.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AECOM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED, we aim to deliver high-quality, personalized learning support.
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be charged in full.
Refunds
If a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, the prepaid fee (if any) will be fully credited to your account or refunded.
If we are unable to deliver a scheduled session (e.g. tutor unavailability, technical issue), you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Recurring Payments
After the initial trial session, enrolment into recurring tutoring services requires completion of a Direct Debit mandate.
Payments are collected automatically on a fixed monthly basis via Direct Debit according to the selected subscription plan.
Clients will receive advance notice of subscription payments before each payment is taken, in line with Bacs Direct Debit rules.
The arrangement may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding subscription payments.
Disputes
Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the subscription payments date.
We will investigate promptly and, if applicable, refund the disputed amount within 7 working days.
Privacy & Data Protection
AECOM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We collect and process only the personal data necessary to provide educational services and process payments. Personal data is never shared with third parties except where required by law or payment processing obligations.
