Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services are provided by New Blue Wave Edu, a trading name of AECOM TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

We provide subscription-based online STEM tutoring services. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ prior notice.

Requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated subject to tutor availability.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via our official contact channels.

3. Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Missed sessions (no-shows) without prior notice will also be charged in full.

Such sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Subscription Billing

Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

All payments are final except in the cases outlined in this policy.

By subscribing, you authorise us to collect recurring payments for the agreed plan.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Billing errors or duplicate charges

Failure to deliver a scheduled session due to tutor unavailability

Exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

Refunds are not provided for:

Missed sessions due to late cancellation or no-shows

Change of mind after service commencement

7. Service Commitment

If we are unable to deliver a scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to:

Reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, or

Provide a credit toward future sessions
